Dr. Carol Moye serves as Chief Learning Officer. Dr. Moye is the Director Liaison to Regional Centers at Bowie State University, an adjunct professor in the Dept of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies and former Assistant Dean in the School of Education at Howard University. She has extensive experience in K-12, higher education, juvenile justice, and corporate management spanning 30 years. As an educational and awareness consultant, Dr. Moye develops and facilitates courses, training, and coaching that integrates the historical context and impact of systemic racism and implicit bias to create awareness, understanding, and action necessary  to dismantle these structures. 

Dr. Moye is the recipient of numerous awards to include the American Educational Research Association Minority Fellowship in Education Research, American Educational Research Association Asa G. Hilliard III and Barbara A. Sizemore Research Institute on African Americans and Education Fellow; and the Maryland State Department of Juvenile Services Special Recognition for Outstanding Contributions to Youth Receiving Special Education Services.
